Job Requirements
Manage all aspects of ecommerce shipments
Lead, assist with, and delegate the following activities of office personnel
Parcel shipments, returns, LTL shipments, reporting, staff management, WMS experience
MUST have ability to create proper workflows and identify and fix areas of opportunity in warehouse optimization and inventory management.
Track and report on key metrics and project progress regularly.
Stay up-to-date with logistics industry trends.
Bilingual English/ Spanish is a huge plus
