Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing customer interactions, resolving complaints, and coordinating the daily operations of our Customer Service Department, The Customer Service Representative will be the first point of contact for our customers.
This is Monday-Friday position 8:00am-5:00pm.

Job Requirements
This role involves engaging with clients, resolving complaints, initiating orders, and overseeing various operational tasks within the Customer Service Department. The successful candidate will work closely with various internal teams to ensure efficient service delivery.
Determine effective procedures and workflows for the Customer Service Department while preparing work schedules to expedite tasks.
Collaborate with outside sales representatives, account executives, and regional managers to enhance customer satisfaction.
Coordinate with the executive and management teams to implement pricing programs and order schedules that align with business objectives.
Supervise and train Customer Service personnel, providing guidance on products, customer inquiries, orders, and returns.
Monitor large-volume orders and unique customer requests, utilizing problem-solving skills to identify best practice solutions.
Resolve pricing and shipment issues in collaboration with the Accounting Department.
Conduct periodic reviews of invoicing to ensure accuracy in product processing and order fulfillment.
