Job Description
We are seeking a Customer Service Manager to join our partners Corporate Office in Ontario. This onsite position requires availability Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, offering a salary of $80, 000 per year.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Develop procedures, create work schedules, and optimize workflow.
- Collaborate with outside sales representatives, account executives, and regional managers.
- Work closely with the executive and management teams to implement pricing strategies and order schedules.
- Supervise daily operations, provide training for department personnel, and address inquiries about products, customers, orders, and returns.
- Monitor large-volume orders and unique customer requests, troubleshooting to find best practice solutions.
- Resolve pricing and shipping discrepancies in coordination with the Accounting Department.
- Conduct periodic reviews of invoicing to ensure accurate processing of products and orders.
- Prepare and review Open Order Reports and Inventory Reports as needed.
- Adjust system allocations of incoming products to pending orders as necessary.
- Identify, develop, and track trends for ongoing improvement.

Job Requirements
Please note that knowledge and experience with Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (ERP) is essential. This role is fully onsite and will not be remote.
