Job Description
We are hiring in Ontario for a Customer Service Rep position.
Receives a high number of inbound calls and makes outbound calls to provide great customer service experience to potential and existing customers
Reviews customer s quotes and performs data entry in microsoft excel
Communicates daily with internal and external customers regarding quotes, delivery dates and product delivery
Works with sales managers and/or sales representatives, production planning, manufacturing, credit and dispatch to support overall sales and customer service process

Job Requirements
2-3 year of experience in customer service or inside sales
Bilingual (Spanish and English speaking) is a plus
Moderate to Proficient computer skills
Previous window and door sales or customer service experienced preferred
