Job Description
York Employment is looking for a Customer Service Representative to be responsible for all clerical and front desk duties. We are looking for a someone who is friendly and customer-oriented. Please take a look at the job description and apply if this is something you are interested in!
-Serves customers by providing product and service information (such as placing order, checking inventory, resolving shipping damage issue, assisting in warranty claims, and other ongoing support) and resolving product and service problems.
-Attracts potential customers by answering product and service questions and suggesting information about other products and services.
-Opens customer accounts by recording account information.
-Maintains customer records by updating account information.
-Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer s complaint, determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem, expediting correction or adjustment, and following up to ensure resolution.
-Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Job Requirements
Working experiences in front desk or customer service in industrial manufacturing/Import-Export related environment is a plus
Proficient in MS Office.
Strong communication skills: both verbal and written
Good people skills
Ability to multitask and learn new material quickly
High School diploma; additional qualifications will be a plus
