We are seeking a personable and experienced Customer Service Representative with a strong background in face-to-face customer interactions.
The ideal candidate will be passionate about delivering excellent customer service, addressing customer concerns, and providing accurate information in a professional and friendly manner.

Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers in-person with inquiries, product information, and service requests.
Provide exceptional customer service by listening to customer needs and addressing concerns or resolving issues on the spot.
Assist customers with product selection, transactions, and troubleshooting.
Manage in-person complaints professionally and efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction.
Process customer transactions including returns, exchanges, and payments in accordance with company policies.
Maintain a clean and welcoming customer service area.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer needs are met.
Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Educate customers on company products, services, and promotions.
Handle multiple customer interactions simultaneously while maintaining a high level of service.
Monitor inventory levels and report shortages or discrepancies to management.

Proficiency with basic computer systems and point-of-sale (POS) software.
Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Positive attitude and a passion for delivering outstanding service.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to stand for extended periods.
