Front Facing: Orders Department
Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) experienced. Order creation, processing, alterations and troubleshooting.
Interacts directly with customers to assist with order placement.
Able to make comparable suggestions for out-of-stock, or discontinued items (cross-selling).
Suggests additional items that could further benefit a customer s overall experience. For example, a customer places an order for desk. The CSR may then suggest a popular OSP chair that would complement the original item of interest (Add-on sale).
Leverages internal ERP/WMS (Warehouse Management System) system to ensure order is processed accurately and in a timely manner.
Professionally and timely communicates directly with customers or partners to provide order status as needed.
Rear Facing: Traditional post-sale Customer Service
Remedying customer concerns by exercising the ability to patiently problem solve.
Gathers facts to determine the most advantageous approach to satisfy a customer concern.
Appropriately represents the organization ethically and professionally. Identifies and implements strategic decision-making centered on the best interests of the company
