Job Description
A tool manufacturing company in Chino is looking to identify a custodian for their 2nd shift that will be doing the following tasks:
* Repairing and maintains production machinery and mechanical equipment such as motors, punch presses, and coiled material feeders.
*Trouble shooting of facility related items such as HVAC etc.
* Repairs or replaces defective parts.
* Installs special functional and structural parts in devices.
* Lubricates and sometimes paints parts and equipment.
*Dismantles devices to gain access and remove defective parts.
*Examines form and texture of parts to detect imperfections, inspects used parts to determine changes in dimensional requirements and replaces parts as necessary.
*Adjusts functional parts of devices and control instruments.
*Observes mechanical devices in operation and listens to their sounds to locate causes of trouble.
*taking out trashes
*Perform intermediate facilities maintenance functions, such as: Taking out trashes cleaning, sweeping, etc
*Perform entry level /general labor to support operation requirements as needed
