Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Coater Operator to join our manufacturing team. As a Coater Operator, you will be responsible for the setup, operation, and maintenance of coating equipment used in the production process. Responsibilities:
Set up and calibrate coating equipment according to product specifications.
Operate coating machines to apply coatings to various materials, ensuring even coverage.
Monitor and adjust machine settings to maintain proper coating thickness and quality.
Perform routine maintenance on coating equipment to ensure optimal performance.
Troubleshoot and resolve equipment malfunctions or issues during the production process.
Conduct quality checks on coated products to ensure they meet customer and industry standards.
Follow safety protocols and guidelines to prevent accidents and ensure a safe working environment.
Collaborate with the production team to meet production goals and deadlines.
Keep accurate records of production activities, including equipment settings and maintenance tasks.
Train and mentor junior operators as needed.
