Job Description
We are hiring a CNC Tool Crib Attendant for a leading aerospace company in Corona, CA.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
(Other duties may be assigned)
Tool Crib & Tool Room Maintenance
Maintain adequate supplies and tools in the tool crib.
Keep the Tool Room organized, neat, and clean at all times.
Assist shop personnel with tooling requests as needed.
Monitor tool usage to ensure efficiency and prevent shortages.
Job Setup Preparation
Prepare setup kits for upcoming jobs.
Select appropriate holding fixtures, cutting tools, attachments, accessories, and materials for each specific job.
Set tools in tool holders and record Z offsets on tool lists for all machines.
Maintain inventory levels for tooling and consumables.
Submit order requisitions when restocking is required.
Research and recommend new tooling or equipment as needed.
Inventory Management
Conduct regular inventory counts and maintain accurate records in the computer system.
Place order requisitions to replenish stock when necessary.
Collect unused tools from the shop floor, inspect for damage, and return to the assigned storage area.
Remove used tooling from holders, inspect for damage, and restock tools that are in good condition.
Maintain daily logbooks to track the usage of specific items.
Notify supervisor immediately of any damaged tools.

Qualifications & Skills
Knowledge of CNC tooling; general shop experience preferred.
Presetter experience is a plus.
Strong multitasking ability and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent attendance and punctuality are essential.
Commitment to following all safety rules and regulations.
Education & Experience
High school diploma or technical school certificate, plus three years of related experience and/or training;
OR an equivalent combination of three years of training and three years of experience.
