Job Description
CNC programmer / Lead Machinist for a manufacturing company in Montclair!
Program and machine precision parts for aerospace and defense programs; maintaining quality and safety standards; maintaining equipment and tools.
High level of expertise in CNC programming using MasterCam and/or Autodesk Fusion 360.
Experience in precision milling and lathe operations.
Experience producing first articles and follow-on production runs for aerospace OEMs.
Meet and maintain a machine shop that complies with industry standards and specifications.
Maintain safe operations by adhering to safety procedures and requirements.
Maintain equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements.
Maintain and manage production monitoring equipment.
Use and apply AS9100D/ISO 9001 procedures, processes, instructions, and data collection as applicable.
