Job Description
We are seeking a dependable CNC Mill Operator to join our manufacturing team. This position is responsible for operating CNC milling machines to produce precision parts that meet quality and production standards. The ideal candidate has experience operating CNC mills, can read blueprints, perform inspections, and maintain a safe, efficient work environment.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Operate CNC milling machines to manufacture precision components.
Load and unload raw materials and finished parts.
Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and manufacturing instructions.
Perform first-piece, in-process, and final inspections using precision measuring tools.
Monitor machine operation and make offset adjustments as needed to maintain part quality.
Replace tooling and inserts as required.
Identify and report machine or quality issues to the supervisor.
Complete production and inspection documentation accurately.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Follow all safety policies and quality standards.

Job Requirements
Qualifications
Experience
Minimum of 2 years of CNC mill operating experience in a manufacturing environment.
Experience producing precision machined parts.
Experience working with production schedules and quality standards.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and engineering drawings.
Experience using calipers, micrometers, height gauges, and other precision measuring instruments.
Basic understanding of CNC machine controls and offsets.
Strong attention to detail and quality.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Physical Requirements
Stand for extended periods throughout the shift.
Frequently lift up to 50 pounds.
Perform repetitive hand movements and frequent bending and reaching.
Ability to safely operate manufacturing equipment.
Work Environment
Manufacturing environment with moderate to high noise levels.
Exposure to machinery, metal chips, coolants, and lubricants.
Required use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
Preferred Qualifications
Experience operating Haas, Okuma, Mazak, Fanuc, or similar CNC milling machines.
Familiarity with GD&T and basic machining principles.
Aerospace or precision manufacturing experience is a plus.
Strong work ethic, reliability, and commitment to producing quality parts.
