Job Description
He CNC Machine Operator is responsible for operating and maintaining CNC machines to produce precision parts and components according to specifications.
The ideal candidate will have experience with CNC machinery, a keen eye for detail, and a commitment to maintaining the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Set up and operate CNC machines, including lathes, mills, and grinders.
Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications to determine machine operations.
Load raw materials into the machine and monitor the machining process.
Perform regular maintenance checks on machines and troubleshoot any issues that arise.
Inspect finished products for quality and adherence to specifications.
Make adjustments to machine settings as needed to improve performance and output.
Document and report production data, including machine operation times and product counts.
Collaborate with team members to optimize production processes and improve efficiency.
Adhere to all safety guidelines and maintain a clean and organized work area.

Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification in machining or related field preferred.
Proven experience as a CNC Machine Operator or similar role.
Proficient in reading and interpreting technical drawings and blueprints.
Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain high quality standards.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Good communication skills and a proactive approach to learning and development.
Familiarity with CNC software and programming is a plus.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to lift and move materials up to 50 pounds.
Standing for extended periods.
Manual dexterity and good hand-eye coordination.
