Job Description
We are a manufacturer of kitchen and bath cabinets for new construction homes/apartments. This is a high-pressure environment where you will be expected to meet release dates and always be on time. Attention to detail down to the single millimeter is required for this job in order to minimize mistakes.
Kitchen and batch cabinet designer must be capable of the full range of duties, including but not limited to:
Reading and scaling blueprints and cabinet layouts
Measuring models and some production, as needed
Designing in Cabinet Vision Solid
Multitasking several projects at the same time
Checking other projects for mistakes
Releasing jobs to the production plant
Makes changes and corrections to existing job
This is a Full-Time position with some overtime when required (even Saturdays).

Job Requirements
***Required Skills include:
Experience with Cabinet Vision 12 software required (experience with 20/20 design software accepted)
Windows Explorer and the ability to organize files and folders
Able to use a browser to search for and find appliance and blueprint information
Microsoft Office programs such as Word, Excel and Outlook
AutoCAD
Experience in a large manufacturing environment
Housing industry construction experience
Knowledge of ADA specifications
Knowledge of kitchen appliance specifications
Experience with kitchen and bath cabinet construction
Understanding of computers and software
Experience with Cabinet Vision 12 software required (experience with 20/20 design software accepted)
