Job Description
A leading manufacturing company, is seeking a dynamic Business Development Representative to join our team onsite in Sunnyvale, CA. This role is essential in maintaining strong relationships with our current customers while actively sourcing and securing new business opportunities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and identifying opportunities for additional business.
Proactively identify and engage potential new customers within the manufacturing industry.
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth.
Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and competitive opportunities.
Collaborate with internal teams, including engineering, production, and customer service, to ensure seamless project execution.
Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and quotes to prospective clients.
Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements to maximize profitability while maintaining customer satisfaction.
Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to expand brand visibility and business reach.
Track and report sales performance, customer feedback, and market insights to leadership.

Job Requirements
Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management within the manufacturing or industrial sector.
Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, tooling, and machining is a plus.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset and the ability to work independently.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Bachelor s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, tooling, and machining is a plus.
