Job Description
Summary of Responsibilities ( ideally 2-3 years minimum experience or more)
-Bookkeeper
-Someone that has Construction Industry atmosphere experience, working with Sub-Contractors, Contractors, Payroll, Reports, Managing Tasks and Projects Proficiently.
-Construction Accounting experience- A/P, A/R, Billing, Reconciliations, hand out checks to Contractors/Sub-Contractors
-Administration duties- Someone detail-oriented, numbers person), Billing, Customer Service minded, good listener and communicator daily with Contractors, Sub-Contractors, interfacing with other Depts ( Sales, Operations, Accounting) will be working on Industry Specific Softwares ( Training Provided),
-Preliminary Notices, Pre-Lim Reports, Sub-pays, COI's, Sub-pay Retention, Sub-pay 1099 coordination( annual basis), State Taxes
-AIA Billing and SOV knowledge, working with Templates, Progress Billings, Retention Billings ( different systems)
- and other duties

Job Requirements
Payroll 2-3 years min and
Credit Card recons-charge backs, JE for GL accounts, Journal Entries
Notary( a plus)
Construction background ideally Construction Accounting experience
Administrative skills
Computer literate
Good math skills, good with numbers, accuracy, detailed and focused
strong communication skills
Bilingual Spanish is a plus...
