Job Description
Work responsibilities will include:
To provide phone support to our customers
Verifying accuracy of the information on work orders with clients.Submit invoices to insurance companies
Prepare reports for clients
Create invoices
Contacting Insurance companies and verify claim information
Contacting clients and coordinating assignments with Project Managers.
Solve problems and discrepancies
Following up with all Pending/Unscheduled projects daily
E-Mail clients accurate information pertaining to the assignment
Constantly respond to E-Mails from internal staff and clients
E-Mails utilizing software such as Outlook and Gmail on a daily basis.
Need to be reliable, must be available to work one Saturday per month.
Must be flexible to work overtime if needed
Be able to follow protocols designated by the company
Job Requirements
* Customer Service: 2 years
* Quickbooks 1 year (Preferred)
* Data Entry: 1 year
* Multitasking
* Office Administration: 2 year
*Required education:*
* High school diploma or equivalent
