Aerospace Assembler
Schedule: Monday Friday, 3:00 PM 1:30 AM
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Aerospace Assembler to perform precision assembly of aerospace components and products. This position requires strong attention to detail, the ability to follow detailed work instructions and blueprints, and a commitment to meeting strict aerospace quality and safety standards.
Assemble aerospace components and subassemblies according to blueprints, drawings, specifications, and work instructions.
Use hand tools, power tools, and precision assembly equipment.
Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and assembly instructions.
Perform drilling, fastening, riveting, fitting, and other assembly operations as required.
Measure and inspect components to ensure they meet required specifications and tolerances.
Complete required production and quality documentation accurately.
Identify and report defective materials, components, or workmanship.
Maintain proper handling and protection of aerospace components.
Follow established quality procedures and manufacturing standards.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
Meet production expectations while maintaining a strong focus on quality.
Perform additional assembly and production duties as assigned.

Job Requirements
Previous aerospace assembly or precision manufacturing experience preferred.
Experience using hand tools, power tools, and measuring equipment.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work instructions.
Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
Ability to perform repetitive precision assembly work.
Ability to follow detailed procedures and quality requirements.
Dependable attendance and punctuality.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a production team.
Must be able to work the required second-shift schedule.
