Overview:
A Manufacturing Assembler plays a vital role in the production process by assembling various components and preparing finished products for shipment. This position requires attention to detail, precision, and adherence to quality and safety standards to ensure the final product meets specifications.
Key Responsibilities:
Assemble components and subassemblies according to specifications.
Utilize hand tools and machinery to put together parts efficiently.
Perform quality control inspections to ensure product integrity.
Follow the assembly guidelines outlined in the green book manual.
Keep the workstation clean and maintain tools properly.
Adhere to safety procedures, company policies, and industry regulations.
Ensure proper connections, secure parts, and assemble units accurately.
Meet daily production targets and contribute to overall workflow efficiency.

You should be proficient in:
