Assembly position for a manufacturing company in Chino!
Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and skilled Assembler to join our manufacturing team. The Assembler will be responsible for assembling various components or products according to specifications and quality standards. The ideal candidate should have experience working in a manufacturing environment, possess strong attention to detail, and be able to work efficiently in a team setting.
Key Responsibilities:
Component Assembly: Assemble parts or components according to work instructions, drawings, or blueprints.
Quality Control: Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications. Identify and report any defects or issues promptly.
Equipment Operation: Operate hand tools, power tools, and machinery safely and effectively to perform assembly tasks.
Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory records of components, parts, and materials used in the assembly process. Report any discrepancies or shortages to the appropriate personnel.
Workplace Safety: Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and your team members. Report any safety hazards or concerns to the supervisor immediately.
Team Collaboration: Collaborate with team members, supervisors, and other departments to meet production goals and deadlines. Communicate effectively to ensure smooth workflow and task completion.
Documentation: Record production and assembly data accurately in logs or electronic systems as required by company procedures.
