Job Description
We are seeking a skilled 1st shift Amada Turret Operator to set up and operate CNC turret punch press machines to produce high-quality sheet metal components. This role requires attention to detail, the ability to read blueprints, and a commitment to maintaining production quality in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate is dependable, motivated, and comfortable working independently while meeting production goals.

Minimum 2 years of experience operating CNC turret punch press machines (Amada preferred)
Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints and engineering drawings
Experience with CNC programming concepts and minor G-code adjustments
Familiarity with CAD/CAM files
Experience using precision measuring tools (micrometers, calipers, etc.)
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
Strong attention to detail, time management, and reliability
