Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team in Lubbock, TX. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of administrative tasks, including scanning and sorting documents using Adobe software. The ability to ensure accuracy and attention to detail is crucial in this role. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our team and maintaining a well-organized and efficient office environment.

Responsibilities:

Scan and digitize documents using Adobe software, ensuring high-quality and accurate digital files.
Organize and sort scanned documents in a logical and easily retrievable manner.
Review scanned documents to ensure legibility and completeness.
Maintain and update physical and electronic filing systems, ensuring adherence to established procedures.
Prepare and distribute documents, reports, and correspondence as required.
Assist in data entry tasks, such as inputting information into spreadsheets or databases.
Perform routine clerical duties, including copying, scanning, faxing, and mailing.
Maintain office supplies inventory by anticipating needs, checking stock, and placing orders.
Manage incoming and outgoing mail, including sorting, distributing, and processing.
Assist with scheduling appointments, meetings, and conference calls.
Provide general administrative support to team members and managers as needed.

Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in office administration is a plus.
Ability to pass a clinic drug screen
Proven experience as an office assistant, administrative assistant, or in a similar role.
Proficiency in using Adobe software for scanning and organizing documents.
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (e.G., Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently with minimal supervision.
Professional demeanor and ability to maintain confidentiality.
Familiarity with office equipment, such as scanners, fax machines, and printers
