Job Description

At our office, your main responsibilities will be answering incoming calls, greeting guests, booking appointments, filing, and ensuring upkeep of the office.
We are looking for someone who is proactive and takes initiative in their work.
Positive attitude and customer service skills are a must!

Key Responsibilities:
- Answering incoming calls and directing them to the appropriate person
- Booking appointments and ensuring they are properly scheduled
- Greeting guests and clients with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Keeping the office clean and organized
-Must be able to file in alphabetical order
- Assisting with administrative tasks as needed


Job Requirements

- Prior experience working in a receptionist or customer service role preferred
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Eagerness to learn and grow within the company
-QuickBooks knowledge is a plus
