Job Overview:
We are currently seeking dedicated individuals to join our manufacturing team as General Laborers. As a General Laborer, you will play a crucial role in supporting the overall production process by performing various tasks within our manufacturing facility. Responsibilities:
Operate machinery and equipment to contribute to the production process.
Assemble and disassemble parts as per production requirements.
Perform basic quality checks to ensure products meet standards.
Load and unload materials from trucks and conveyors.
Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure a safe and efficient workspace.
Assist in packaging and labeling finished products.
Follow safety protocols and guidelines to prevent accidents and injuries.
Collaborate with team members to achieve production goals and deadlines.
Report equipment malfunctions or irregularities to supervisors.
Adhere to company policies and procedures.

Ability to work in a team and follow directions from supervisors.
Flexibility to work in different areas of the manufacturing facility as needed.
Punctuality and reliability are essential.
Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and responsibilities.
Commitment to maintaining a safe and orderly work environment.
