            <description><![CDATA[We have a great opportunity to join an Aerospace company in the city of Corona as a Mechanical Design Engineer<br><br><br><br>Key Responsibilities<br><br>Perform product testing and analyze failures to identify root causes and recommend effective design improvements.<br><br>Evaluate product feasibility and contribute to design concept development from initial idea through final execution.<br><br>Interpret engineering sketches, technical drawings, and specifications to determine design requirements including dimensions, tolerances, materials, and functional fit.<br><br>Collaborate closely with production, engineering, and sales teams to ensure product performance, manufacturability, and design intent are achieved.<br><br>Develop detailed layout sketches and perform engineering calculations involving dimensions, angles, weights, surface areas, clearances, and load requirements.<br><br>Analyze mechanical forces including tension, compression, and bending to ensure components are designed for operational durability and reliability.<br><br>Create detailed multi-view drawings of parts and assemblies, including specifications such as gear ratios, bearing loads, and motion interactions.<br><br>Modify and optimize designs to improve performance, reduce manufacturing issues, and enhance overall product efficiency.<br>Inspect and measure components and machinery prior to production to ensure compliance with engineering specifications and quality standards.<br><br>Utilize CAD and computer-aided drafting software to design, model, and refine mechanical components and assemblies.<br><br>Lead and coordinate design reviews, engineering discussions, and technical meetings with cross-functional teams.<br><br>Develop manufacturing-ready drawings from initial concept through final production release.<br><br>Partner with suppliers to resolve production challenges and support new product development initiatives.<br><br>Communicate technical information clearly to customers, engineers, and sales teams, providing engineering support as needed.<br>Prepare and deliver technical presentations for both internal stakeholders and external clients.]]></description>
