" Performs a variety of miscellaneous job duties, as directed by management.
" Will be in charge of deciding what is/isn't covered under warranty, and providing the customer with a solution to their problem.
" Will be in charge of providing technical support or advice on anything installation related on company products for all of our customer base.
" Provides excellent customer service and helps with phones and emails on a daily basis.
" Prints out daily shipping reports to ensure that all orders are being shipped in a timely manner.

" Proficient skills in reading, writing, and speaking in English.
" Excellent written and oral communications skills and techniques.
" Basic math skills
" Effective planning & organizing skills; ability to handle multiple tasks/duties
" Proficient PC skills (Microsoft Word, Excel,).
" Effective problem solving skills.
" Attention to detail
" Ability to maintain a positive, professional, cooperative demeanor, conduct, and working relationship with peers, management, employees, and other individuals that interact with this position.
" Ability to adapt effectively to workplace changes and new job duties/responsibilities.
" Ability to represent the Company in a positive and professional manner at all times.
" 3-5 years of experience in the automotive industry
The appropriate knowledge, skills and abilities required for this position are achievable through the following combination of education, work experience and training:
" High School Diploma or equivalent GED Certificate; or
" College Degree or applicable training in an accredited college/university; plus
" Five (5) or more years f work experience in a fast-paced work environment; or
" Any combination of experience, education, and training that provides the level of knowledge, skills, and experience needed to successfully perform the job.
