" Contact prospective clients via phone and email
" Initial contacts based on cold calls, existing client list, and/or referrals
" Introduce customer to Customer
" Record names, addresses and notes in our data base system and spreadsheet
" Develop new relationships with prospective customer
" Maintain positive relationships with existing customers
" Email company line card literature to prospective customer
" Generate quotes
" Submits orders by referring to price lists and product literature
" Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analyses.
" Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports; making recommendations to management.
" Provides historical records by maintaining records on area and customer sales.
" Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
" Maintain communication with existing accounts via phone and email
" Additional projects as needed
" Previous sales experience
" Demonstrated record of academic achievement Involvement in extracurricular activities
