The responsibilities of the Inside Sales & Operations Coordinator are as follows:
" Accurately input and fulfill customer orders for products and samples
" Construct and issue timely and accurate order confirmations
" Accurately place orders on vendors for products, samples, freight and general office and warehouse supplies
" Maintain inventory lists on a daily basis
" Produce daily sales report
" Liaise with freight companies to secure best and applicable freight rates
" Provide first level technical support for customers
" Elevate more complex technical inquiries to the external sales team
" Assist in the timely pulling, packing and shipping of product and samples orders in the warehouse
" Co-ordinate samples inventory in the warehouse
Our ideal candidate will possess the following personal attributes and background:
" Sound work ethic and highly motivated
" Sound experience in a fast-paced, busy working environment in physical goods.
" Experience in the building industry such as wood or decorative building products is highly regarded but not mandatory.
" Sound computer skills and ability to quickly learn proprietary software systems
" Sound time management and organization skills
" Well rounded internal and external customer service and interpersonal communication skills
" Very detail oriented
" Experience in both office and warehouse / operations settings
" Fork lift certification
