We have a Temp to Hire position for e-Commerce Account Executiveat our Ontario location. We are looking for qualified candidates to begin as soon as possible. The schedule is Monday - Friday 8: 00am to 5: 00pm with 1 hour meal period at $17.00/ hr. To $20.00/hr. D.O.E.

Summary

The e-Commerce Account Executiveposition is a key component of the full-service client experience process, assisting current and new top tier customer accounts as well as independent sales reps and Regional Managers to help develop, maintain, and add up-to-date product information including product images/videos for use on customer sites. In addition, this position will focus on the improvement of customer relationships, conversion rates, and evaluate the success/ failures of promotional campaigns.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following.
Collaborate with internal departments to ensure consistent and accurate communication with customers.
Upload Lifestyle photos/videos constantly reviewing assigned sites for accuracy and relevancy.
Maintain accurate e-catalog item data including images, descriptions, and units of measure.
Update e-catalogs timely with new product offerings.
Optimize marketplace listings/website keywords, titles, categories, descriptions, and product updates.
Review on-site SKU's to ensure product accuracy.
Support the Sales department and customers to ensure proper service levels are maintained and marketing promotions are properly executed.
Identify and recommend new opportunities to drive sales, visibility and efficiencies for the growth of the e-commerce business channel.
Maintain accurate promotional calendar; create/edit CSV's for promotion's and price updates.
Track activity, prepare and maintain records for sales and account status.
Attend special training of products and/or services to understand technical aspects of solutions.
Responsible for all aspects of the customer service process (one point of contact) for strategic accounts.
EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent related experienceand/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Minimum 2 years e-Commerce customer service experience with multi-million dollar accounts.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
Proficient Microsoft Excel skills.
