W have an office opening in our customer service department. This is a temp to hire position.
Aftermarket Customer Service Representative Job Duties will be:

Data Entry/10 key
Answering phones (must have great phone etiquette)
Must be professional at all times (phones, via email and in person)
Primary point of contact for all incoming communication to company & distribute accordingly
Email communication (incoming-outgoing)
Order entry of all aftermarket and some OE orders received
Confirm orders to customers via fax or e-mail
Maintenance of existing orders with QAD until shipped or cancelled
Process order cancellations in a timely manner as needed
Check availability on parts for customers; problem solving, and other customer service duties as needed and/or assigned
Establish and maintain good relationships with end users (consumers) & direct customers
Providing daily and/or weekly updates as requested
Provide technical/installation support to customers
Provide customers with shipping schedules and backorder updates
Provide customer support for everyday issues
Maintaining logs
Planning and organizing luncheons

Proficient PC skills (Microsoft word & excel)
Attention to detail
Effective planning & organization skills
Ability to handle multiple task/duties
Proficient skills in reading & writing
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Knowledge of general office skills
Typing 45-50 WPM
Strong automotive background
Ability to spell with no grammatical errors
