Key Responsibilities:
Identify and track vital financial metrics for each business segment.
Provide relevant financial data to departments and aid in comprehension.
Collaborate with department heads on strategic decisions.
Analyze data for potential business expansion and identify opportunities.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams for improved business outcomes.
Conduct data analysis and modeling.
Assist in inventory management.
Review SOPs for each segment and report findings.
Conduct ad hoc financial analysis for strategic decision-making.
Prepare and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
Assist in budget preparation and forecasting.
Provide regular reporting to leadership on budget status and financial metrics.
Develop and manage financial dashboards for real-time insights.
Offer feedback to CFO on progress of strategic initiatives.

Sound business acumen and understanding of macroeconomics.

Effective independent and team work capabilities.
Attention to detail and adherence to deadlines.
Ability to adapt to changing environments.
Proficiency in communication, both verbal and written.
Qualifications:
5 years of experience as a financial analyst.
Minimum 3 years in a consumer product company.
Previous experience in toy companies is advantageous.
Solid grasp of accounting principles and GAAP.
Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance.
Proactive, results-oriented, and ethical mindset.
Passion and knowledge of toy, entertainment, and consumer products industries are desirable traits.
