Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Production Supervisor to join our team in the City of Ontario. The ideal candidate will have previous experience managing employees in a production setting and possess strong leadership skills. Knowledge of troubleshooting and fixing machines is essential, and being mechanically inclined is a plus.
Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate the production team to ensure efficient and timely completion of work
Monitor production processes and identify areas for improvement
Train and mentor production staff to maintain high levels of productivity
Troubleshoot machinery and equipment issues to minimize downtime
Maintain a safe and clean work environment for all employees
Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth production flow
Implement and enforce company policies and procedures
