Job Summary:

The Maintenance Mechanic with Electrical Experience will be responsible for performing preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairing mechanical and electrical systems within our facility.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of electrical systems, machinery, and building maintenance to ensure smooth and efficient operation of all equipment.



Key Responsibilities:


Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and repairs on mechanical and electrical equipment, including HVAC, plumbing, and other building systems.

Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical and electrical issues, using appropriate tools and techniques to repair and maintain equipment.

Read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and electrical diagrams to ensure accurate and efficient repairs.

Install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, outlets, lighting fixtures, and other electrical components.

Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies while conducting maintenance activities.

Collaborate with other maintenance staff to ensure timely and effective resolution of maintenance issues.

Maintain accurate records of all maintenance and repair work, including parts used, work performed, and equipment status.
Assist in developing and implementing preventative maintenance programs to minimize equipment downtime.

Respond to emergency maintenance requests promptly and efficiently.

Job Requirements

Qualifications:


High school diploma or equivalent; technical or trade school certification preferred.

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Maintenance Mechanic, with a strong emphasis on electrical work.

Knowledge of electrical systems, including wiring, controls, motors, and electrical panels.

Experience with mechanical systems such as HVAC, plumbing, and general building maintenance.

Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints.

Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Familiarity with safety regulations and procedures related to electrical and mechanical work.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
